In our Strollers & Multiples lab tests, Cortina Together scored well for its ease of use. This metric is based on how easy it is to fold and set up the stroller. It also reflects how easy it is to open and close the snack tray and engage and disengage the brakes, raise the stroller that is folded and carry it as if it were the trunk of a car.
We did discover some flaws to this model, though. First, it's heavy. It weighs 36.6 pounds when fully loaded and puts it closer to the beast end of our metrics. It also has limited visibility when a car seat is placed in the back. Lastly the front tray release can be difficult to operate, especially after long-term use. Its large canopy can provide UPF 50 sun protection, and it comes with a peekaboo view window for easy monitoring. We would like to see the canopy ventilated to allow for more airflow, though. We also weren't thrilled that the cup holder is extremely high on the frame, meaning you'll have to bend down to reach it.
In our tipping test the Jeep fell over at 39 degrees of incline which is higher than average for a double stroller. It's a bit heavier, but offers more storage space for the price. The handles and seats are also well-padded.
